“While i am very pleased with your product I just received my latest shipment of the 24x24 large grass patch. It was too large by about an inch on all four sides so it did not fit my previously purchased plastic liner that I ordered last month. I had to cut it to fit myself which was a MESS. Sorry to say that was not satisfactory. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. I love your product but this shouldn't have happened.”

“I’m giving Fresh Patch a 4 star review. 5 stars for client service. 3 stars for quality of product / delivery times. First patch came 3 days late and poor quality. Replacement patch was the same. 3rd time was great quality but still longer than expected shipping.”

“First delivery arrived. I put it on the porch and my old lady Gerry just looked at me. She did sniff it, step on it, sit on it and eventually laid on it. But no pee or poo. Next morning I opened the door to the porch with hope she would utilize the patch, but no such luck! I felt bad after fifteen minutes and carried her down the stairs to the yard! Uuggghhh ! We will continue to get delivery for at least four weeks and keep trying!”

“I like the grass patch but it dies fairly quickly due to the dog urine. It's something that would need to be replaced probably every month. I'm looking into making my own version with a wood box, sealant and sod from a nearby company. This is more conciennt than that though, so it's good for convenience and potty training. We live on the second floor of our apartment complex and have a fairly large balcony so it's very easy to let our dog out and use the bathroom with this .”

“Buying the fresh patch helped out a lot when we first moved into our Apartment, but with the sun beating down on it we noticed that it dyed to quickly, so we switched to fake grass. The fresh patch does attract bugs and flies which is understandable. Overall, it helped us out a lot and I would refer this to a friends to help the training process for their animals.”

“Shipped fast so it wasn't too dried out when I received it, just gave it a quick spray and it was good! Customer service was great! I ordered the XL which I needed for my 55lb Pit mix but the problem was that she's such a good dog, she considers the patio indoors and I had problems getting her to use the patch! She would lay on it but not use it for the bathroom. I tried everything. That was a huge downfall for me. If I could get her to use it, I could see myself ordering fresh patch consistently to give my pup an option to go out whenever she needs to in my apartment.”

“Our tray arrived a day before the grass did. I called to ask the company why these items did not arrive at the same time and they explained that the items had shipped from different warehouses. Not a big issue, I'm just glad that the grass did not arrive before the tray. Except for the delivery snafu, the Fresh Patch company has greatly exceeded my expectations. Good job!”

“If your dog chews the corners of the fresh patch I definitely recommend getting one of the new sleeves. It has stopped my dog from chewing and it is a nice housing to put around the disposable box. Thank you Fresh Patch!”
