Shipped fast so it wasn't too dried out when I received it, just gave it a quick spray and it was good! Customer service was great! I ordered the XL which I needed for my 55lb Pit mix but the problem was that she's such a good dog, she considers the patio indoors and I had problems getting her to use the patch! She would lay on it but not use it for the bathroom. I tried everything. That was a huge downfall for me. If I could get her to use it, I could see myself ordering fresh patch consistently to give my pup an option to go out whenever she needs to in my apartment.
