I like the grass patch but it dies fairly quickly due to the dog urine. It's something that would need to be replaced probably every month. I'm looking into making my own version with a wood box, sealant and sod from a nearby company. This is more conciennt than that though, so it's good for convenience and potty training. We live on the second floor of our apartment complex and have a fairly large balcony so it's very easy to let our dog out and use the bathroom with this .
