Generally good service. But occasionally the orders go missing or one just doesn’t arrive. Happened a few times, when I contact customer service they explain the basic subscription (pay one week in advance) in some convoluted manner as if to imply the order has all arrived.
Bit difficult to deal with. Would prefer to change companies rather than be cheated.
Grass occasionally shows up dead.And also contains a lot of worms.
