Loved Freshpatch until today. I had a sick dog this weekend so desperately needed my new Freshpatch to arrive on Sunday, it's scheduled date. When it didn't arrive, I contacted support and was told that FedEx lost the shipment. They would send another but they refused to expedite shipping. This means I'll get my shipment 4 days after it was originally supposed to arrive and if you've ever had a sick dog use a Freshpatch, you know that 4 days is a lot. I would expect better customer service and willingness to expedite a Freshpatch when it's delayed to no fault of the customer and is desparately needed.
