I live in frozen Minnesota, and last week FedEx decided for the first time ever not to leave my order at my door since I was not home and redeliver two days later. I called Fresh Patch whining outside regular business hours since I knew the grass would likely be dead from the cold by the time I received it. Today, I received another patch without ever talking to someone...no questions asked. Fresh Patch is critical for my chihuahuas on really cold days where the snow is deeper than they are. I love Fresh Patch.
