This was the perfect solution to my 3rd floor walk up apartment. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a more convenient way to care for the pets. The only issue I had during the three years I was with Freshpatch was with FedEx delivering the package to wrong apartment. Freshpatch was quick to respond and remedied the situation. I now own a house with a backyard and no longer need the service, otherwise I would still be a loyal customer.
