There’s no denying it is a very convenient option for toilet training when you live in an apartment. The quality of the grass is questionable. I followed the directions of lightly misting the patch with water to keep it looking fresh, but after a four days, the grass has turned brown/grey, and smells horrendous. The smell is the worst part, almost to the point of being unable to stand it.
