Freshpatch has been a favorite friend since I got my new puppy 13 months ago. I am a senior and live in a hi-rise apt. building. The every 2 hour duty call was a breeze. Get out of bed, open balcony door say "pee pee" close the door and go back to sleep. Such a joyful puppy experience. Within 7-10 days no accidents. He went to the door to let me know he needed to go out. So if that isn't great enough, dealing with every single customer service rep is a dream. They go 200% to make sure there is something they can do to rectify a problem. I am a weekly customer b/c I have a high energy Vizsla and he does drink a lot. Also we do playdates with other doggies in my building and they all use Freshpatch and my patch is the same as their patch on the balcony. They have no problems using their neighbor's patches. We all receive beautiful green patches. Sometimes a little too much mulch. But they fix that most deliveries. When not, I just pick it out before I let Dasher on it. Dasher says "whow whow whow (Vizsla talk)". Thank you.
