The customer service is great, but these shipping issues need to stop! You never know what condition your grass will arrive in. On one occasion, FedEx destroyed the box. They put my patch in another plastic bag with a zip tie. When I opened the box I nearly passed out! It smelled like a pile of manure! I'm worried about this month's shipment as well. It shipped Monday October 4th. According to FedEx tracking, it's delayed, displaying a red exclamation point. Its scheduled to arrive next Monday the 11th at the earliest. Customer service is always happy to replace it, but the company could alleviate customer aggravation and save money by amending their shipping procedures.
