We started using Fresh Patch after a recommendation from a friend. We loved the service instantly. We loved that we could pay online with PayPal the minute we decided to sign up. The convenience is unbeatable, we love that our older dog that has more frequent needs can go out many more times a day without involving our personal time. We also love that we no longer ride the elevator up and down to the 11th floor 10 times a day. We have been very happy with Fresh Patch and can recommend them to everyone. They bring a fresh patch every Thursday. Also of note, our building is very dog friendly, which means that the grassy areas are heavily used by pets.
