I have a 3 year old yorkie who still isn't fully house trained. I ordered Fresh Patch when I took him to visit my Mother and it worked amazingly well. As soon as I took the lid off he hopped in and used it. There wasn't an accident the whole time we were there. The patch lasted about 1 1/2 weeks. When I got back I ordered one for my boyfriend's house. Here is where it worked too well. My cat and my boyfriend's 45 lb PBGV also love it. Now it only lasts for about 3 - 4 days before the grass starts to die and my yorkie won't use it once it starts to degrade. Even so, I have one delivered every week and all the pets still love it.
