We live in a high-rise with our 14 -year-old rat terrier Basil. He's still a super spunky little guy who loves his walks, but his outdoor needs have changed in the last few months. Fresh Patch has been a lifesaver at 2am when he needs to go out. We just open the balcony door, our little guy uses the bathroom and everyone is back to sleep in no time at all. We had tried artificial turf but, Basil wouldn't use it. He used Fresh Patch immediately!
