Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Freshpatch experience. The past 3 shipments have had VERY yellowed/ dead grass when they arrived. I wrote with customer service, and they think it's to do with the ship date (which they changed to Monday's instead) hopefully this resolves the issues I've been experiencing.
