I love Fresh Patch. It is a novel idea and works perfectly for my dog and I. My only complaint is on the renewal, the quality of the condition of the grass is inconsistent. Sometimes it is fresh and perfect and other times it is brown and dried out. That said, Customer Service always sends out a replacement ASAP.
