We have enjoyed using fresh-patch. My poodle loves the convenience of doing her business on the balcony, 30 floors up, then having to take an elevator ride down to the doggy run and then back up. (her humans love this fact too!) Since the beginning of May, most of the fresh patches haven't been arriving so "fresh"... coming yellow, to straw color and not springing back to life after opening the box and giving the grass a good sprinkling of water. We don't find that the grass is lasting nearly as long as it had in the past, Which makes poodle and her humans sad.
