I am so pleased with Fresh Patch. Our dogs are loving their new grass pad at the apartment and their daddies are loving them because they can easily let the dogs out on the balcony to use the pad instead of getting their leashes on and leaving the apartment to find grass. Our two small pomeranians learned to use the patch really quickly, we went from having a backyard to apartment living temporarily and it is amazing how fast they took to the pads. The customer service is great, a fresh patch box arrived from Fedex completely torn up and destroyed. I then sent customer service an email and they had another fresh patch out the door first thing Monday morning. Very pleased.
