My 92 year old Mother bought a pro stick 3 years ago. It has never been used before now. The battery is faulty and will not charge. Gtech apologise for the inconvenience and offer a free pack of bags as compensation.
Battery although outside the 12 month warranty is obviously not fit for purpose.
Before buying from this company be aware of their attitude to customer service.
Other vacuums are available.
