Excellent company, helpful and customer focused staff.
Over 10 year period we have bought 5 gtech models and the all still work.
However I had overcharged the battery on upright K9 which is still in warranty but obviously my error.
They provided a replacement battery which went to the wrong address unfo
unfortunately so rang them again to advise this and they are sending another so very pleased.
