Also purchased a HT20 cordless hedge trimmer. Fell to pieces in 9 months
After many phone calls, received a replacement for warranty. Guess what, seized up in 9 months. I shall see if I can get another replacement
It’s a shame as the product is a good hedge trimmer, but lacking strong parts for the type of environment it’s used in
