I too have a problem with my Getch Ram ...it refuses to power up and when it does it will not power down !!!!!!! I have had it just over two years so it is now out of warranty !!!!! customer services informed me to 'put it on its side and hit the left hand side with a slipper' !!!!!! you have got to be joking!!!!!
This is obviously a DESIGN fault and the company should replace the machine............
