I have had an Air Ram for 3 years now. It has been a godsend to me .it is light in weight to carry upstairs and works well on both carpet and floor. I needed to replace the top handle a couple of weeks ago. Staff were helpful and item arrived the following day.
I am now considering a lawn trimmer
