I had a big problem with my G tech and phoned the customer service on Friday and the lovely girl 👧 was so helpful and ensured I had a replacement part which came next day. We still could not get it to work again so I phoned again and another lovely girl once again was so helpful and agreed to send me another part so hopefully it will come tomorrow and my husband can put it together for me.
I have been so pleased with it due to only being able to use one hand.
