Thank you For Your Response to My Review. I took Your advice, and asked to speak to a Manager. I did speak with “Shana”. Sadly extremely disappointing responses From Her, and not much support or Help was given. At 1st She told me “No order had been placed” And That, She “Didn’t have an answer”. After looking into it further Shana told me that the Pregablin Was filled, just Not shipped Yet out yet! When I explained that I was assured it would be overnighted Last Wednesday, and here it is Monday, Shane said to me, “They shouldn’t Be promising things like that!” She then proceeded to tell me, “ If at All possible She would get This shipped Out”.
