“Despite urgent medical necessity and my request to expedite, HWH slow walked my shipment to arrive Friday instead of Tuesday or Wednesday, depriving me of 2-3 nights of treatment for severe sleep apnea. Speaking with an HWH agent, she candidly admitted my request had been mishandled in numerous ways. Combine that with no weekend/holiday emergency support, not at all impressed. They’re the only source for Inspire remote replacement, and it shows. They need competition.”

“The product that was sent was not the product I ordered. this is a significant difference between the original Alocane Max Burn Gel and the newer Alocane Max Burn Gel with Antiseptic. The new gel contains Benzalkonium Chloride, which for some folks, including a member of my family, will trigger an allergic reaction. The website for Alocane states that those who need to avoid Benzalkonium Chloride should purchase the original Alocane, the one that does not state, "with Antiseptic." The reason I purchased several tubes of Alocane from Healthwarehouse is its website pictured the Alocane without the wording, "with Antiseptic." However, what I received was a box filled with the wrong Alocane. Explaining this to a skeptical Customer Service Representative was frustrating. I am still waiting for my refund. Unlikely I will make future purchases from a company that advertises items that it does not carry. Not a good practice for those selling health care products.”

“Excellent service, as I owned and operated Armes Drug store in Gowanda,NY that was started by great, great granddad Armes way back in 1883, which was our first building. the current building, which still stands and is the one I grew up in, has big cement letters across the front roof...19 ARMES 04 !! I was brought up treating our customers with politeness and professionalism, so it is REALLY nice to get that back from the Health warehouse crew !!! Please tell Julis I said "HI".
