“Got the Quell Fibromyalgia device in a timely manner. Started using it on day 1 and it seems to be working. When it’s off I have more pain vs when it’s on.”

“I had to call to renew my prescription as it no longer appears online. I needed it refilled a week earlier as I was leaving for a trip and needed it for the trip. I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping and received it within a week. Defiantly met my expectations.”

“My prescription did not appear in my account. I had to call and speak with an associate about the absent prescription. Apparently there was an issue about changes to the online system. That caused several days delay in processing and shipment.”
