The product that was sent was not the product I ordered. this is a significant difference between the original Alocane Max Burn Gel and the newer Alocane Max Burn Gel with Antiseptic. The new gel contains Benzalkonium Chloride, which for some folks, including a member of my family, will trigger an allergic reaction. The website for Alocane states that those who need to avoid Benzalkonium Chloride should purchase the original Alocane, the one that does not state, "with Antiseptic." The reason I purchased several tubes of Alocane from Healthwarehouse is its website pictured the Alocane without the wording, "with Antiseptic." However, what I received was a box filled with the wrong Alocane. Explaining this to a skeptical Customer Service Representative was frustrating. I am still waiting for my refund. Unlikely I will make future purchases from a company that advertises items that it does not carry. Not a good practice for those selling health care products.
