Despite urgent medical necessity and my request to expedite, HWH slow walked my shipment to arrive Friday instead of Tuesday or Wednesday, depriving me of 2-3 nights of treatment for severe sleep apnea. Speaking with an HWH agent, she candidly admitted my request had been mishandled in numerous ways.
Combine that with no weekend/holiday emergency support, not at all impressed.
They’re the only source for Inspire remote replacement, and it shows. They need competition.
