Ordered a pair of navy blue suede court shoes. Unfortunately when they arrived they had been already worn.
Scuff Mark's on the side scratches on the sole. I reported this to customer services and was offered 10% off. I declined the offer as they were obviously worn and with covid surely there should have been more checks.
I have returned the item but not once was I offered a replacement. I buy quite a lot from Hobbs. Your customer service has let you down
