Your in store service is amazing - the staff in your Edinburgh store are suberb.
Unfortunately your online service is shocking- i have now been waiting 6 weeks to find out why my order was shipped and then cancelled. Unable to speak to a person to resolve this and need to reorder the item with some urgency for a wedding.
