I placed order with the expectation that it would arrive in early July, in time for a mid-July vacation. That timeline has long passed, and despite spending over $1,600, I have received neither the order nor any meaningful support.
This experience has been deeply frustrating. I trusted this company to deliver on its promises. This situation is unacceptable.
