"Bad experience" is a laughable understatement. As with previous reviewers, my mother, a long-time Hobbs customer, has been requesting for months to be reimbursed when Hobbs claims that reimbursement was made. Since that one response telling her that she was already reimbursed, no emails are being replied to. This is fraudulent practice, pure and simple, and leaves us no choice but to follow a legal route. Is it really the case that customers have to recruit lawyers in order to be reimbursed by Hobbs? This would be stressful enough without the fact that our mother is caring for our terminally ill father. Customers should never be left out of pocket like this.
