I bought a jacket , when got the jacket the zipper was damaged, at the same time I called the costumer service to report the issue , but they are not cooperative (worst costumer service) .
I got the jacket with a sale price (nice price) the option they gives me its get the refund and return jacket back it’s no more sizes.
