Holister is a really good store to go to especially the one at Haywood mall I want there and one is really helpful and very nice she helps other people that don’t speak English without hesitation I’ve seen her work there a lot idk her name but I’ve heard her managers and associates say it I think it started with like a ch idk but I just wanted to point that out holister needs more people like her if holister accepted tips she would’ve been getting big tips from cause wow she is really helpful and nice 👍🏼

Avoid customer service at all cost for Hollister! Waiting for a refund have sent over 200 messages and waited over a month no resolution, I have had my gender insulted in the message exchange and despite sending messages in English received numerous responses in Spanish. This is still not resolved!

I have only visited the Southampton store and I must say the customer service received from ALL the staff every visit has been second to none. They are polite, extremely helpful and go above and beyond. I also appreciate if an item is currently out of stock in store but available online, they will order it for you and arrange for it to be delivered to your address or store free of charge.

Worst online company ever. I have made 4 calls trying to get a refund on my cancelled order. The representatives read from a script and give a different order update status each time. I’m going to dispute the charge on PayPal. Don’t order from the company

Placed an order at 4:30 pm, at 6pm i realized i got the wrong color. I called to simply change the color and they said they couldn't do anything that it already shipped! Which is obviously a lie! do not do business with them

Hollister sent me a wrong item, I sent it back and 3 months later, still no refund despite 20 emails to their helpdesk. Each time you contact them you get a different story and excuse... but they will simply not refund me for a mistake they made. Fraudulent company! I will keep contacting their helpdesk, to no avail, but at least this will cost them money too.

Similar others I also experienced the same issues with customer service for price adjustments. I purchased hoodies and sweatpants at full price and the next day the price dropped. I contacted the customer service and they said a refund will be sent to me immediately. After waiting for a week or so I can called again and they said the first person did not do it right so they said they fixed the issue and now I will be getting the refund in 24 hrs. Two weeks passed nothing happened…I called customer service for the third time and same story…person says the first two times did not go through and he will fix the issue and said he did the refund I should see now. I waited on the ph for 20 min to see a notification on my bank transaction to reflect the refund. Nothing happened !!! I asked the customer representative to send me an email confirmation for refund and he said he can not do that cuz mine is a special case and a verbal confirmation is what I will get. In which world the company runs a refund policy with verbal confirmation? Hollister is loosing credibility with bad customer service.

Terrible online customer service Terrible online customer service. Terrible price match system. Terrible hidden charges. They promise escalation, follow ups, and price adjustments / waivers, and never do so. I purchased 2 items online 10/22/24. Around $35 for the dress, and around $26 for the pants. After free shipping, tax, and $10 off $40 purchase, my total was $65, which I was okay with, since I really liked these items. The next morning, there was a sale that dropped both items to $24.99. I contacted them for a price match, and they did so, but then charged me shipping and removed my $10 off $40 purchase coupon. My total charged became $56. It should be around $45 after tax, due to the $10 off $40 coupon and free shipping. I contacted support again, and they said there was no problem with my promotion being applied. It was applied to remove the shipping fee. Then they ended the chat. Next, I called support - and they said they waived it for me. I checked order details, it's still the same. I contacted support - they said they would send their "specialization team", and I never got a follow up. Today, I contacted them again, they promised a follow up with the price adjustment, it never came. I followed up in a new support chat, and they said that there is no problem with the amount, just ignore the shipping charge on my receipt, since it's already waived. Yet the amount still remains the same, $56. They ended the chat on me, not allowing me to rate them for their unprofessional complaints about me, asking about their cancelation and return policy. After these support staff, I'm never buying from Hollister, Abercrombie, ever again. I plan on returning this product because they don't deserve a single cent after putting me through loops and loops and loops.

I reported you to the BBB , returned 3 hoodies with the tags still attached and still no refund to my account. This issue has been ongoing for almost 6 weeks.

Associates are not trained in customer service. And website is the worst. Tried to adjust a quantity in my order and was not able to edit it. So I called customer service and was on hold for almost a half hour while the associate tried to find out how to help me. If I did not want the item as a gift I would never deal with Hollister again.

9/23/24: Columbus, Ohio Easton location. Made an in store return, the sales (female) told me I would get an email and credit to original payment. No email or refund received still 4 days later. I checked my acount online next day, sure enough acct reflected a return of the cheaper (incorrect) item I actually picked up from store that day, this return does not say where this "credit" went back to-- my thought was the salesperson possibly took the return credit herself to a gift card (hearing this is a common scam). 9/24/24: called to speak to Easton mgr "Paige" - who refused to give last name. explained wrong item was returned and no email for return proof received. Paige was zero assistance, referred me directly to Costumer service. The young mgr also referred to me as "honey" in childish sarcasm and was very rude. I Then called then customer service number explained errors - they told me I would hear back from customer service only via email. 9/26/25: No Email, no refund from anyone. not even a "pending email". Will continue to press for my refund, will reach out to higher ups as necessary. This company is too big not to handles issues like this more professionally/timely manner. Felt like I was talking to a wall the entire time.

I worked in Hollister in Dundrum, Ireland. Honestly I feel the workers there are very stuck up. Terrible pay and by month.

If I could give a ZERO and rate my experience as HORRIBLE, I would! I've never been treated so rudely by an associate in any store - ever! My son and I were in Hollister at Crossroads Center in St. Cloud, MN yesterday. We took our purchase (a winter coat) up to the counter. Our cashier rang up the purchase and I paid. Then she grabbed a small paper bag and started trying to jam the coat inside. She pushed and jammed and even asked another girl for help. I asked if they had a larger bag and she ripped the coat out of the small bag, shoved it into the bag that was more appropriate for the size, threw my receipt inside and said, "there you go". She was rude and perhaps a reason NOT to go to that store again. I give mixed reviews......the products and selection at Hollister have always been great, however, THIS experience of total rudeness from the associate was despicable. I looked for her nametag, but she did not have one. Totally unacceptable, Hollister, you can do better!

Beware of the fraudulent return or exchange policy that is listed on your receipt. Unless you have the tag that was on your item you will not be able to return it or even exchange it. What you are told on your receipt is clearly misleading and a fraudulent representation made by Hollister to make it almost impossible to return or exchange items.

What an absolute disgrace ordered three pairs of jeans on the 1 st nov 2022 to take on holiday paid in full have rung emailed numerous times to be told they where on the way sorry for the delay The last phone call was told the shipping would be refunded The shipping that I paid extra for for the quicker delivery Now in febuary and still have no jeans wow and minus the full amount from my bank Will never shop again with this company Shame as I am a regular shopper there

Went Lakeside mall bought 2 pairs of sweatpants tried them on the next day and realized they didn't fit me. I took the tags off 1 pair, took them back to the store and I had the receipt and they only let me return 1 with the tags and the lady said with the tags missing on the other pair they couldn't take them back. So I don't recommend buying anything unless you try them on at the store
