It appears that everyone is unhappy with Hollister's ridiculous returns policy... Deducting £9 of the refund if using their pre-paid returns label which goes to a UK address or pay for your own international postage to Netherlands to get your full product purchase back.... Just crazy.
Majority of retail companies allow free returns, exchanges.... Except Hollister
