I emailed CS about a specific product I have often purchased there before, I visit 2 locations. The staff offered no help whatsoever. CS told me they are unable to offer any investigation or answer to my query...NONE AT ALL.
Pathetic waste of my time. The in-store experience is excellent, this shoddy fob off is not.
