“My Partner returned home yesterday in floods of tears after a visit to the Home Bargains in Llandudno.
She was treated like a thief for using a shopping bag, whilst pushing our newborn around in a Doona. The pop up pram does not have a basket underneath.
For two months she has used a shopping bag avoid pushing any heavy weight, post c-section. If life isn't hard enough post surgery, baby blues, new baby in tow and being sleep deprived.
A bonnie women with bright pink hair, tattoos and various piercings decided to put my wife down even further. Telling her off at the till, degrading in front of other customers and taking pride in doing it.
Shame on Home bargains for employing such a degrading creature.
No one deserves to be bullied at the till.”
“My 12 year old just came home because your staff was very rude and arrogant to her. She asked for help finding a product. She asked three times, three different service people and they were there every time. he directed her elsewhere and seeing that my daughter couldn't find the products, two staff members laughed at my daughter. I am shocked by the level of intellectual development of your employees. Company should be ashamed of the behavior of your employees.”
“I usually buy in Store but as the Detergent is Liquid and Heavy I paid less than £4 for Delivery , it’s well worth it . I ordered two Large Asevi Laundry Detergent , I won’t use anything else now , it’s Fabulous , two Bottles of Asevi Floor Cleaner another great product ,a Bottle of Asevi Disinfectant and Asevi Fabric Conditioner . Each item was packed to perfection , I was updated about the progress of my order, and I am delighted with how my order was handled . Plus it was delivered by Our Evri Driver who is the Best . “I have used home bargains Elgin Moray for a long time , the staff are wonderful helpful knowledgeable and polite they recognise regular customers and interact with them. Particularly one member Jean blonde hair very nice but went out of her way with her help, my wife is recovering from a hip replacement so I shop looking for Sureness Xl disposable underwear, there was none for a few weeks talking to Jean she said give me your number and I will call you when they come in and I asked if she could keep a pack of four she made a note and said I will do my best. A couple of weeks later I got from Jean they have come and we have put four aside If I am not there just ask at the till and they will get them for you. They did so thank you to your staff and a very special thank you to Jean. I hope you can take this on board for me and my wife and acknowledge Jeans help wish I could reward her but hopefully you can. “For the past few weeks there has been NO jelly button sweets in your store,week after week i come to look for these sweets and theres been non very dissapointing and i dont know who does your ordering but theyre not doing a good job,all the way on the bus week after week to see you have non.incase you dont know theyre round aniseed flavour pink or blue little hundreds & thousands sprinkles i.e.you find them in liquorice Allsorts.”

I went to The Crosshands Store, got a small trolley and had A Home Bargains Carrier Bag.
I asked a member of Staff for a Purchase I usually make, which was Chesters, Quantity: 24 Dog Food Tins. Which I couldn't find, it looked like it was sold out. I asked a member of Staff for help in finding the Product.
The member of staff in particular asked myself: Have You Got Anything To Go Through The Till.
As good as accusing me of Shop Lifting. I emptied my Carrier Bag on the Check Out Belt. As Proof. I Demanded A Manager, She Replied: I Am A Manager. I said I would be Reporting Her To Head Office. Another member of female staff was there as witness, ie heard most of the conversation. I then left the store, but later went back in and asked for her name, another member of staff said her name was Layla and wrote it down for me, he asked, can he do anything for me, and he said he would have a word with her. I am appalled and disgusted to be treated in this manner. You only have to look at the CCTV, and this will prove I never picked anything up. Also it was myself who asked her for help in the purchase I wished to make. I await your comments on this matter as a matter of urgency, before I take the matter to the consumers for further advice.
As I have been a customer at that particular store, since it opened in Crosshands and spends A significant amount of Money There.”
“I happened to call in at Huddersfield store and saw a table and chairs I wanted to purchase but wasn’t sure how I would fit it in my car the staff overall are so friendly and happy but I needed help to get it in my car 2 people working there Kyle and terry went above and beyond to help me so thankyou it’s a pleasure to go to my local branch”
“Disappointed with Quality – Not Recommended
I purchased two full sets of Home Collections towels in the Stone colour, expecting them to be a good investment for my home. However, after less than a year of moderate use, they have not held up well at all. Despite always washing them on environmentally friendly programs, the quality has deteriorated far too quickly, creating the holes.
I was hoping for a long-lasting, durable product, but these towels have been a letdown. If you’re looking for something that will stand the test of time, I’d strongly suggest paying a little more for a reputable brand with better longevity. Not recommended!”
“I went to Home Bargains in Cross hands Llanelli. Most helpful staff and even at 8pm they are still smiling and being nice to customers. Rubens help surpasses that of most other people with excellent help and when we got to my car he helped put the items carefully in, making sure it was all safely placed and putting the seat belt round it in case I had to stop suddenly.
I would thoroughly recommend Ruben for a managerial post there if one arises. A shinning example of a hard working intelligent young man. I give him a 50 star rating”
