I want to order a pallet of kiln dried logs. I live in a cottage doen an alleyway requiring a walk of about 30 metres to my small cottage. It has been 9 days since l placed my order Hoomua0008316055, l am unable to find when it will be delivered. I have been given a ref. No. 221031-007690 but no infomation. It went out once for delivery the courier couldn't find the house, first house in the road with a plaque saying Marlborough. Please Help. Mike.portis44@gmail.com

For The Attention Of The Company Executive Officer. On Thursday am 18th March I visited your store store in Bedworth Warwickshire. I was disgusted to find three adults shopping together without masks. I know if you have a breathing problem you are exempt, but it is highly unlikely that all three had this problem. In any case they should have been wearing a plastic face guard. What really annoyed me was the fact that none of the staff in the store approached these three while I was in the store and informed them that wearing a mask was compulsory in store. Perhaps the Management in this store turns a blind eye to save any confrontation! I am 79 years old and if I caught Cov-id through idiots like these three I might not survive. I await your reply.
