Bought a helium balloon for Mother's Day and it started to go down as soon as I got it home, it was a 31" one. Took it back and a manager said he couldn't do anything about it! How rude! This manager obviously has no customer skills. As the shop assistant wanted to refill it with helium.
He said no!
I shop in HB five days a week. I will certainly be complaining to head office.
