The assistant manager ( NIA) at the Home Bargains store at Bangor, North Wales went above what I expected from customer service on my recent shopping visit.
Checking stock availability of a much needed product which had been out of stock for 4wks ( pet care dept.) , checking the main stock line on their system and assurance that the product was on re order, providing the stock description and product code for my future refence for online order or in store use.
