Called to cancel our design appointment and found the girl on the phone very rude that she put the phone down on me. Called back and appointment had not even been cancelled so I explained the the other girl how rude the other one had been she apologised and said I have cancelled appointment for you.
Today I have a txt message to remind me of my appointment tomorrow!!!!
Dreadful customer service if that is how they speak to prospective customers thank god I’m going elsewhere.
