If you're looking to have your time wasted look no further than Howdens, West Bromwich. the ENTIRE team here is a JOKE. With exception of the warehouse guys. I've actually contacted accounts to have mine closed, how the manager here is even vaguely proud of running this store is beyond me, how his team can be do disjointed is baffling me. I've lost a day and half of productivity just collecting items theyve mis sold or miss off the delivery, the design on the last kitchen i fitted for them was the worst ever.
