I placed an online order for delivery to my elderly mother. Delivered today, most of the order missing, the call centre operative did not believe me and suggested that I make a 16 mile across London round trip during lockdown, this might be against the law, to confirm missing items.
Refund refused, despite the driver not knowing what was delivered nor waiting for my mother to answer the door.
