Did shopping online on Friday 20th February 2026 and I didn't get some food items and I have been waiting for my refund and still haven't received it very disappointed because I usually get it by now

21 February . I went shopping at Iceland . virtual or in person is the same. You select your choices and put it in your basket. filled my cart. Products that are out of stock , means I have to find an equal or make an other choice. When i was done, to the register or till and paid my groceries. Means I PAID MY GROCERIES . Service of ICELAND , they will deliver your groceries at home . only 16.00 was free BY LAW , I PAID MY GROCERIES AND I BECAME OWNER OF MY BOUGHT PRODUCTS. Again , if there where products out of stock , I had to change the products . BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE SHOP MANAGER MADE THE CHOICE . TO STEAL MY BOUGHT PRODUCTS OUT OF MY CART AND GAVE IT TO OTHERS. One hour before delivery , I received the email they refunded products that I already bought …… on the moment I filled my cart it was all in stock . BECAUSE THEY STOLE BOUGHT AND PAID GROCERIES , I CANCELLED MY DELIVERY. On the phone they screamed , it was already picked . I am a professional executive Hotel manager . when prominent guest order 10 lobsters . I must keep 10 lobsters aside because they are reserved and paid. when the guest come for their dinner I look as an idiot to tell them . sorry —here is your money back , because I gave the lobsters to others . 18 hours before their decision to pick my stuff . I already had them in my basket . THIS IS A LOGISTIC BUSINESS FAILURE ……… BECAUSE THE MANAGER OF ICELAND HUDDERSFIELD SCREAMS FIRE .. DOESN'T MEAN HE IS CORRECT . HE FAILED TO MANAGE THE PRE ORDERS . IN MY VISION , HE STOLE PRODUCTS OUT OF MY BASKED I FILLED 18 HOURS BEFORE. I had 4x a case number by costumer service ....NO HELP . I used paypall , because I dont trust iceland . after talking to them and this letter . they refunded me 8 days after incident . UNTIL TODAY .. NO WE ARE SORRY . AND USELESS MANAGER THERE IS STILL WORKING AT THAT PLACE

Absolutely disgusted that my order came in the crates and not in bags. A warning about this should have been mentioned in plain sight and not hidden in the small writing. An option to buy bags should have been given.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to switch to bagless deliveries clearly hasn't considered the impact on elderly customers. Now, they have to struggle to unload boxes directly onto the floor while the driver just stands there watching. We’ve decided not to use Iceland anymore; instead, we’ll support Ocado or Morrisons, who have so far resisted the trends of the so-called woke agenda.

I always use Iceland delivery, today was the first time without plastic bags which I did not know about. Till the driver gets to my door and says we don't supply bags anymore. I am disabled and can hardly bend, I had nothing to put my shopping in. So my £50 shop had to go on the floor. So why your unloading your own shopping from there baskets , delivery driver stands and watches you. So with your back turned away unloading, the fear of being attacked is on my mind. At least with bags they could put them down while you watch the driver walk away. So then you pick your shopping up. BRING BACK BAGS

Website is a joke, I went to pay for my shop by Apple Pay, tapped the wrong card so payment declined, instead of letting me go back to my basket to click the right card (or use another payment method) the full shop £200+ shop was removed from my basket. Talk about throwing your toys out the pram, one wrong tap and you may just start over, no thank you, I’ll go somewhere else! Literally always shop at Iceland actually gobsmacked at something so simple being so difficult.

Love getting my order from Iceland but this is the first one since no bags ,,and we find it hard to empty boxes while delivery man is waiting it is quite a chore carrying boxes ,,we are both in our 70,s

At 11:30/40 i just walked into the store and forgot to take a basket i turned around and saw none available in the basket holders and the security gate was locked i asked the security if I could get a basket his response was no im not staff im not your slave he was talking to a young woman so my only guess is he was attempting to show off. Ive seen him use the customer check out to help customers in the past and tell customers information so his " im not staff comment seemed like he was just trying to embaress me. He always has an attitude and this is the second incident ive had with rude staff and security

I ordered 12 bags of frozen fish ...and they said they only have 8 bags in stock ...so a company that specialized in fish can only store 8 bags ...this this the third time in the past month..... absolutely rubbish

Coulby Newham Middlesbrough Checkout Service is shocking, would rather talk to each other than get the que down. Given that there is only two checkouts you can imagine the frustration. How anybody would use this shop is unbelievable. I hadn't been in this shop for years, wish I hadn't been in today.

Lazy drivers and or insanely bad inventory management.. Missing over 20 items from my order today. Last Order came 3 hours late and everything was defrosted, AVOID.

Dear Mr.Dhaliwal. The above order has not been delivered, but payment has been taken from my bank account. Your driver texted me from 07977 to say that he tried to deliver, but i was not in. He didn't try hard enough, as I was indoors all day. I rang him back three times and left answer phone messages to ask him,to redeliver, but he didn't have the courtesy to reply. I rang 02037 388 717 same day, but the man that answered was not bothered in helping at all and wasn't interested ( disgusting behaviour). When the food previously was delivered from Chingford the service from George and the staff was excellent, now at this other branch the service is reprehensible. The last few days I have been waiting for a phone call, text or delivery, but to no avail. I checked my iceland account today and the order is showing as delivered, which it 100% hasn't been. Please refund the oder amount to my account and close the account. My wive is in a care home with severe dementia and i havn't got time or patience to deal with the calibre of staff working out of this branch. Yours sincerely No reply after 6 days.

Placed an online order with Iceland that cost me £42.50, I had applied a £12 off voucher to the basket. Iceland failed to deliver a £10 item & instead of refunding me £10 for the missing £10 item, they refunded me £6.97. When questioned they said they apply discounts proportional to cost, per item. So the £10 item that we'd almost £1/4 of my order, took 1/4 of the voucher code... That is fine in theory, but in failing to deliver the item they didn't apply the voucher amount to the remaining items in the basket, so my £42.50 basket with a £10 item missing cost me £35.53. Iceland have stolen £3 from me & are refusing to refund it, even after having it explained to them in great detail. It is their error not to have the item in stock, I should be refunded £10 & they have flat out refused so far in at least 4 different emails between us. I'm absolutely appalled that they are willing to steal money from people & refuse to refund it.

iceland on line from St Andrews especially is not the people you wont to talk too and let me tell you they never answer phone and when they do there so ignerant so and so you will boil over limit and end up soooo thrustrating you will loose the will to live oh and they are known not to answer phone
