“It is the first time of ordering a large shop online. Was given a free delivery time slot of 7.00 - 9.00 p.m. Arrived last night at 7.15 p.m. Delivery guys were very helpful and apologised for the open package of Strawberries and offered to take back for a refund. I was happy that no Strawberries were missing or damaged so accepted them. I will definitely be ordering a large shop online again when stocks run low.”

“Stevenage Hertfordshire. A bunch of thanks to the delivery drivers of the Stevenage store. You guys are brilliant, no matter the size or weight of the shopping, you’ll always bring it up, not grudgingly but with smiles and politeness. On to the second floor, might I add. I know the shopping is heavy and it’s a lot however you’re always with utter most respect and kindness, without getting anything in return. Thank you for delivering to No. 8. Good job guys and again. Thank you!”

“The staff at Briercliffe store in Burnley Lancashire are happy to help customers what ever there problem even when the store is busy or when a delivery as arrived and need to be out on the shop floor the customer comes first always a pleasure to shop there”

“I received my delivery today Between 15:15-15:25 . Delivery from Iceland is always excellent but today I just had to write this review about the delivery young man I think his name was Printon he was courteous, thoughtful and very kind he done his best to help as I’m 73 you are privileged to have him in your company thank you .”

“I have been using Iceland for my shopping for a about 12 months and I have found them very reasonably priced, lots of choices, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gary was my driver who delivered my groceries today and he is very friendly and professional the only thing I would say they don’t substitute your item if it’s not available just refund you , so that can be a pain apart from that highly recommend”

“Laura in the Lichfield store is amazing, I’m a single person with a trauma therapy dog , Laura always keeps an eye on my dog so I can shop feeling relaxed and comfortable. Laura you are soo kind thankyou sooo much 💕💕💕”

“Even though my shopping was ment to be delivered yesterday but didn't arrive till today and all the frozen item were defrosted. I am still giving 5 stars based on the fact when I finally got through to my local store at Selsdon South Croydon. I spoke to a lady who was so apologetic she explained the driver had an accident. Assured me my shopping would arrive by 12 today and it did . I called back to say that my frozen food was defrosted and straight away without any excuses arranged a new lot of frozen items to be delivered later today.”

“I'm not sure why the star reviews are so low. I've never been anything other than 100% happy with every aspect of Iceland. Good choice at great prices. Stores well stocked. Personable staff in store. Great delivery slots with the best delivery drivers I've experienced.”

“Excellent I am from Cheshire Runcorn area,and with all the prices increasing I started shopping at Iceland the last 12 months , the food is very reasonable and I do save alot on my food bill to other supermarkets that’s my option , The customer service staff are very helpfull ,especially the delivery staff, very polite and always very efficient, the young man who delivered my shopping today was brilliant he had all my shopping ready and very helpfull,5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the staff , I highly recommend Iceland especially the Runcorn delivery, it so easy to shop online , so many bargains and delivery is very efficient I have always managed to get my shopping next day A*****”

“My delivery driver was called Daniel from medway. An absolutely amazing man, brought my shopping to my front door. As per normal everything I ordered was exception value and tasty. I absolutely love iceland and can't fault the driver at all. Thank you Daniel.”

“I’ve shopped on line with many of the supermarkets but I must say Iceland tops them all . I’m in my 70s and the shopping comes in bags so easy and I don’t panic. The delivery driver named Harvey which delivered my last order was so polite and just came across as a nice man thank you .”

“I have to say excellent customer service from nicole in aldershot, i accidently sent my shopping order to my daughters address and she was on holiday, i called them and they rearranged the delivery to me the same day within two hours and were really helpful and friendly - absolutely brilliant”

“Went to the food warehouse in pilsworth bury yesterday and the young lady on the till was a breath of fresh air her name is Debra I think shes new never seen her there before she's a credit to your store and everyone should be like her I was in your store about 3pm if this helps she needs to be told to keep doing what she's doing .”
