“Terrible service. Placed a same-day delivery order that never arrived. After calling the store, I was told it was due to a ‘computer glitch,’ yet the system falsely marked it as delivered. Customer service was unhelpful—no answers from the store and no immediate refund. Despite confirming the order wasn’t delivered, I was told I’d have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund, even though they charge instantly. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.”

The turkey crown was very disappointing indeed. It was tasteless and unappetizing. I would not purchase one again from Iceland.

Great expectations of Iceland Beef Wellington £26. It was so tough impossible to cut or eat . So disappointing. Waste of £26 .

This morning I visited the Farnborough, Hampshire branch of Iceland, where an attempt was made to overcharge me. Not for the first time, items were charged for at the checkout at a higher price than was shown in-store. This was corrected, upon my insistence, but a request to see the manager was declined owing to his 'unavailability' and I was instead directed to another member of staff who seemed lacking in both understanding and concern. Mischarging or mispricing has been a feature on various items throughout the store over the years and I have raised this issue previously both with in-store management and Iceland head office, including emailing Malcolm Walker directly, though obviously with no effective outcome (but if every Iceland customer had an estimated personal wealth of £265million, perhaps such overcharging would seem less significant). They have considerately publish a brochure explaining 'that's why Santa goes to Iceland'. It would appear that there are very real reasons why customers shouldn't.

Great staff at Cheetham Hill Iceland. Outstanding service from Safah on location of products and with savings at checkout.

8 hours after ordering and paying for my order, they cancel it and put the item online at a different price. Surely they must honour my order and I should not have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. Will never shop there again.

I bought the Butter Chicken & Bombay Potatoes. It tasted nothing like butter chicken, the shredded chicken was tasteless, the Bombay potatoes were ok, the sauce was terrible and I couldn’t eat it so it went in the bin a pure waste of money.

Kingsbury Iceland-Poor parking system in place. I appealed explaining that I was is a great rush and only done a very quick shopping. I done the whole shopping in 14 min. I proved with receipts to the parking providers that I was a customer and spent more than £5. Of course they don’t care… A store that doesn’t stand up for their customers. I go to Iceland because I am on a budget!!!! I am rushing work after school run and trying to live a life. From this money that I had to pay for their unfair parking charges I could have done my shopping in Waitrose. At least their customer service is excellent not like these rip off companies.

Stopped shopping here now they've introduced the dreaded self service tills. I don't have a contract with you and don't work for free. Buh bye!

My online order was delivered with a leaking bleach bottle in with food stuffs. After emptying the bleach out of the bag, and throwing away the food it had ruined, I contacted Iceland. Because I didn't spend time taking pictures, they are unable to help. If I had known, I would have prepared beforehand and worn old clothes (as they were ruined by bleach) and put the frozen items in the freezer, complete with bleach on. I am not asking for a full refund, just the items that genuinely had to be thrown away, but, nope. Rules are rules. Will never be shopping in Iceland again online.

For decades, I had happily used my local Iceland store. That was until one day, not too long ago, when its manager saw fit to falsely accuse me of committing an act of theft. Curiously, no efforts were made by this individual in reporting the alleged "offence" to the police. Nevertheless, he appeared happy to gloat that he had published my photograph (although I do not know to where), labelling it as that of a thief. The search for some form of redress from the company on account of this mistreatment has, at least so far, hardly been a experience which might be described in positive terms. My initial correspondence was misplaced - despite it having undoubtedly reached head office. A response, when it was eventually received, sought only to brush away the concerns that I had expressed...

Saw the ads, went to the store, parked in their car park, did my shopping and left. A few days later, received a parking fine £100. Turns out they have sold their own car parks to third party companies and have no interest to resolve. Don’t care about customers

Storage of your van outside my flat. We need access for disability and keeping your van outside here is stopping that, I guess Iceland cannot afford to store their own vans?

Non delivery of items it is 9:00 pm, order should have been here by 7:00 pm the latest. Can’t get through to customer services as they are closed. We’re very quick to take my money. Like the other shops, funds should only be taken once items have been delivered. Iceland was never like this before and have really gone downhill!

Lovely staff in Corby Iceland and a wide range of products available in the store, but still shocked about the stench from vapes obviously being used by other shoppers within the store. The danger of people having a medical reaction to these vapes, especially people with asthma, and the risk of contamination to food, and spread of infection to other shoppers, is very real. With cannabis, and even spice, being identified in some of the vapes, can lead to devastating consequences for the very young and elderly
