My review is based purely on their response to the latest Covid regulations.
Chelmsley Wood store today - so many customers not wearing a mask and nobody at the entrance asking or advising them too.
BUT, shockingly, amongst their members of staff who were stocking shelves, three of them were not wearing a mask while rushing around in and out of customers and shouting to each other.
Both myself & my partner are at acute risk of picking up infections . . . . . we can shop elsewhere if the store isn't going to do better.
