Company is rubbish. I order online at New Addington store. Promise 2 hour delivery. Alway late. Have had items use by date next day. Have had items missing. Ring head office and takes ages for phone to be answered. Call alway goes to foreign call centre. Sometime can't understand them. I asked to speak to a manager .Was told that will call me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Rang to complain. Call went to South Africa WHY! Woman hung up. Staff aren't bothered any the customers. Don't use this
company. Customer service is terrible
