I don't know where to start on just how poor Iceland is, I really don't. It beggars belief that they can expect to turn a profit when they are so atrociously poor in basic delivery of service. So I will just list it - make up your mind:
- they never process your refunds - your money is lost in their pockets forever
- If you order items and they don't have the majority of your order and of course then charge delivery!
- They rarely honour their offers or discount codes
- Their customer service is super poor. They are not there to help you, even when for the most basic things - it's always 'computer says no'
- They rarely pick up calls, and drop the call if you dare express your displeasure
- The delivery drivers are so unhappy - thankfully the ones I have had are nice folks.
- Anything you return, for any reason, even if incorrect will never be replaced or refunded. This has happened multiple times - so it's no exaggeration.
Let me conclude with this: It is false economy to order from Iceland, you will lose more than you will ever gain.
