Never have what u need. Rude customer service. Think its OK to keep money needed for food and essentials for over a week. 60 quid missing out of my food budget this week. Refund policy is criminal. And crippling. For us low income family's. Bett off getting cab then paying for delivery for them.not deliver half ur shoping and Rob ur money for a week
They shouldn't take money until they have packed items. Not charge u for expensive items knowing they can't forfill orders
